• The plug-in is incompatible with DP’s current mode of operation (32-bit or 64-bit). We sometimes see this with older plug-ins that are 32-bit only - as DP runs in 64-bit mode by default, any plug-ins that are 32-bit only will not be accessible. To confirm this, either launch DP in 32 bit mode* to check whether the plug-in appears or contact the developer to verify the plug-in’s compatibility.
